We will clear your air-conditioning of microorganisms harmful to health, mould and other unpleasant irritating effects, including bad smell. We can perform basic maintenance as well as complicated repairs of individual components.
Without regular maintenance your air-conditioning won’t work well or may later require some investment in repairs!
The most frequent defects:
- Natural leakage of the cooling medium by 5-10 % a year decreases the cooling effect
- Accumulating dirt and water in the system burden the air-conditioning device and increase the probability of a breakdown
- Mould and bacteria grow on the air-conditioning exchanger which are harmful to health and cause bad smell
- As well as your engine, the A/C compressor requires regular servicing (e.g. oil exchanging) or it can get damaged
1. AUTOMATIC RECHARGING
The operation lasts about 60 min.
A fully automatic machine recovers the old refrigerant, removing mechanical dirt and moisture from the system. Evacuation follows which serves for checking tightness and removing any residual moisture in the system. Finally oil is added and dispersed in the cooling medium, serving to lubricate the compressor.
2. CLEANING THE EVAPORATOR WITH A FOAM OR SPRAY
A simpler and less efficient (than Clean Set) form of air-conditioning cleaning during which a special protective agent – foam or spray – is applied right on the evaporator. Its scope and possibilities make it rather local prevention. It only removes coarser dirt and is ideal as preparation for application of the more complex Clean Set in case the air-conditioning is not only dirtied but also smells. The operation lasts about 20 minutes including the filter exchange.
3. DISINFECTION BY THE CLEAN SET
Disinfection by a highly concentrated organic base solution. The solution is gradually sprayed in the air-conditioning system by means of a special device (MiST Air Quality) and this mist kills and removes all pollen dust, mites, microorganisms, mould, bacteria and all sources of bad smell. As the solution affects not only the evaporator but the whole ventilation system, it has a long-term effect. Manufacturers recommend treating the air-conditioning in this way at least once year. The operation lasts about 40 minutes including the filter exchange.
4. REPAIRS
Repairs of air-conditioning systems are demanding as to technology, time and price. Therefore we recommend preventing repairs by high quality maintenance. If there is a breakdown, the defect must be identified very accurately by means of special diagnosis tools first. Therefore we suggest leaving the repair to a specialised CLIMATIC CENTRE which has the necessary equipment and experience.
